All plants will arrive securely packed to ensure safe transit. Plants should not be left packaged on receipt, but immediately removed and put in a sheltered position outside until you are ready to plant. We advise planting within a week although most will survive longer but will require daily attention in the interim.
All packaging is recyclable, cardboard and plastic. The plastic may be recycled in plastic bottle receptacles.

This will be within two working days of order receipt, to discuss specific delivery requirements. To facilitate effective communication regarding delivery we request all orders include the customer’s daytime and mobile telephone numbers.
Rolawn aim to deliver within 4 working days from contacting the customer and confirming delivery arrangements. Orders can also be placed for delivery at any future date, which needs to be detailed on the purchase order. Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only. Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
PLEASE NOTE turf must be rolled out immediately in Spring/Summer and within 24 hours of delivery in the Autumn/Winter.
Delivery is made to kerbside only. This means we undertake to place the goods as close to your property as deemed safe by the driver. Turf and bulk bags will usually be offloaded using hydraulic tail-lift and pallet truck. Delivery vehicles are approximately the size of a dustbin lorry.
It is preferable that the customer is available at the delivery address to accept the delivery; therefore it is important that the customer ensures that they are satisfied with the delivery date.
The customer must also provide safe access to the point of unloading. Delivery can be made if the customer is not present, but in these circumstances Rolawn can accept no liability for any deterioration in or theft of any of the items delivered. Neither can Rolawn accept responsibility for the consequences of the positioning of the pallets or bulk bags by the delivery driver.
Rolawn bulk bags and pallets are 'non-returnable'.
