Can I bring my customers on site with me to choose plants?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your clients with you but please note that the trade price may be on the label



Do I need to be registered with you to shop at the Plant Centre?

Yes, we require you to show proof that you are in the trade with a letterhead, business card or chequebook. Just bring this with you, complete our application form and you can shop with us on your first visit



Is there a minimum spend?

No, not if you register your details with us



How can I pay for my goods?

You can pay by cash, cheque or card. Sorry we do not accept American Express



Can I apply for a 30 day credit account?

Yes, after 3 months trading with us. You will need to fill in an application form and supply bank details and trade references.



If I have a problem with a plant what do I do?

We aim to provide high quality plants and products to our customers. If you are unhappy with any plants supplied you must notify us within 7 days with proof of purchase.

Where the goods are hardy plants, we warrant that they are covered by a one year guarantee. If the plant should die of natural causes up to one year after they have been delivered, we will replace it free of charge. (Subject to our aftercare instructions)
